There’s nothing quite like starting your morning, still half asleep, with a flat tire, halfway on your way to your one-year-old’s daycare. I am getting proficient in replacing flat tires though – this one only took 20 mins end-to-end, despite the car being on a slope and various baby-induced distractions.

The presentations from the SYSTOR 2007 Virtualization Workshop are now available online. Selected papers will appear in the ACM SIGOPS Operating Systems Review special issue on work from IBM Research, to be published in January 2008.
