I woke up at 6 AM this morning for some unfathomable reason. Ate breakfast, read email (many thanks to everyone who sent their congratulations), and did a little morning workout in front of the n’th movie on “Muli’s motivational film shelf” – Commando, starring the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger. The acting is laughable, but the muscles are to die for…


  1. On Exercise
    Because I mostly aerobicise, I’ve almost forgotten I occasionally do anaerobic work too on occasion (namely, in various “Itsuv” classes). I was pleasantly surprised to note that it is actually helpful. So yay Muli muscles 🙂

      I do mostly aerobics, because my main goal is losing weight. Aerobics, however, is just something that needs to be done. Weight lifting, on the other hand, I enjoy 🙂
      (for the record, I used to enjoy aerobics (especially running) very much too, but I’ve still got a-ways to go before I can get there again).

        Hrmm….I’m exactly the opposite 🙂
        I don’t know what you do for aerobics, but for me, jumping up and down on a step surrounded by cute women doing the same is loads of fun fun fun…

        I usually do 30 minutes on a cross-trainer machine, since walking or running for an extended ammount of time at this point is bad for my legs. I agree your method is far better 🙂
