Every great journey begins with a small step. Mine actually begins with two: a morning workout at home yesterday, and then a long overdue visit to the gym. While suffer^H^H^H^H^H^Hexercising on the treadmill, I listened to this CD to get in the mood. It worked.

A CD with Navy songs? Are they anything like Golani songs?
Perhaps we can produce a CD with IDF music. First track: Ani Yoshev Bekele Shesh ๐

It’s running cadences, so they’re not really songs, more like chants. As for Golani, I never ran with them – although I certainly might’ve run away from them – so I wouldn’t know ๐

Cool!!!
Don’t Give Up ™
I am planning to visit gym today (doubt about navy cadences though, will have to bear with the usual repertoire of MTV junk)

Amazon comments on the CD mention “percussion enhanced version”. Is your CD the one?

I haven’t noticed any percussion, it’s just a bunch of guys shouting in unison.
