Two Documentation files
With great interest I devoured the keynote address.
It referred to two Documentation files, and to my chagrin I found that they are missing in the 2.6.8 kernel source tree which I have in my Debian Sarge (Stable) installation.
Apparently those files were added in a more recent Kernel release (they exist in the 2.6.16.14 tree). Links to them (found by Google) are:
Documentation/stable_api_nonsense.txt
Documentation/HOWTO
