AIB is short for Aggressive Idle Balancing, a patch Con Kolivas and me are collaborating on.

Be warned that it doesn’t work for me on UP (SMP kernel), but does appear to work on an SMP machine. It won’t do anything dangerous if it fails to work, just get stuck trying to run the init scripts somewhere.
It’s 2 PM here at the moment, middle of the work day ๐
