It should be noted that Codefidence are really cool people. I can not resist but to compare gby to Joel Splosky in his “hire the best, give them the best tools and let them loose on the problems” approach.
The only thing I could add is that if I would be looking for the job, I would consider this offer quite seriously (Conclusions are left for the reader:)
