Day 2 of PNS training. Good morning workout, good intensity, especially in the abs dept. By the time I hit the showers, I was ready hurl.

I think I need to continue with current 30 mins aerobics, 1 rep x 80% effort for each major muscle group and abs for at least 2.5 weeks, and then I can add a bit of jogging.


  1. What’s the PNS training?
    I guess I’ll return to workouts Really Soon Now(tm)…
