I’m a card-carrying overweight couch potato, and I must tell you that the posts about your progress are inspiring. You actually make workout sound like fun (not enough to make me move my butt, but still…)
I really admire your resolve and your progress, and I think you are on the way to my list of role models.

It really is fun, once you get into the groove of things. It’s a secret I learned a long time ago while running. Suddenly, after 2 or so kms, it just stops hurting and starts hurting in a good way. Might be the endorphine rush, I don’t know…
