I ate a pizza yesterday. I’m paying back for it now.
In fact, the entire weekend was a PNS-disaster. I did not have the will power to work out, and instead veggied around at home.
This morning’s work out was damned good, although I had to cut it short due to an early morning meeting. I’ll pay my dues in the evening with a set of abs workout.
The plan for the rest of the week is gym tomorrow, pool on Tuesday morning, gym on Wed. and Thu., gym and pool on Friday, and pool on Saturday. I must get out of the house on weekends, regardless of how much I want to stay in.
Did you read Heinlein’s Starship Troopers? (or a similar name…)
He writes about the “hump” that every new recruit has to pass before he really gets into the army thing.
I suspect that this is what you are going through now, and once you get over this difficulty, it’ll be much easier (at least pschycologicaly).
So hang on! You may want to read that book as moral support 🙂

One of my favorite books 🙂

No, I don’t think I’m there, or at least, if I was there, I quit. It takes two to three weeks to get there (happened) and then it happens again for me after around two months of dieting. And every time you slide, the count starts all over…

Not a bad idea anyway 🙂 as soon as I finish my current Vorkosigan read.
